ORANGE COUNTY—Today, Assemblyman Tri Ta released the following statement:
As we near the 50th anniversary of Saigon’s fall, the Vietnamese American community reflects with sorrow while renewing its dedication to advocating for freedom and human rights in Vietnam. Rather than engaging with Vietnam’s oppressive Communist government or marking the normalization of relations, our congressional representatives should stand in solidarity with those who cherish liberty.
